Geriatric Connections was established in 2005 in response to the shortage of qualified clinical professionals who specialize in the field of geriatrics.

Geriatric Connections’ mission is to bring clinical services, care coordination, education and support services to the elderly population, family caregivers and professionals who work with them.

Our staff works directly with elders and their families to deal with new or long time issues that create or exacerbate problems in daily living. We can:

¨ Locate and provide resources, services and opportunities for the elder and their families.

¨ Assist in problem-solving and teach coping skills to the elder and their caregivers.

¨ Help maintain a sense of control when going through stressful life changes.
